The Daily Observer

The Daily Observer hit the stands in Bangladesh on 1st February in 2011 after now defunct Bangladesh Observer stopped publication in 2010. It had a great role in shaping public opinion of Pakistan, in particular, East Pakistan. Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury, the last editor of the Bangladesh Observer, initiated publishing of the newspaper again in the name of the Daily Observer under the auspices of Observer Ltd.
