বাদী-বিবাদী উভয় পক্ষের কথা না শুনে কাযী/বিচারক /Justice ফায়সালা দিবেন না।

হাননাদ (রহঃ) ..... আলী রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, আমাকে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, তোমার কাছে যখন দুই ব্যক্তি বিচার প্রার্থনা করে তখন অপর জনের কথা না শোনা পর্যন্ত প্রথম জনের কথার উপর ফায়সালা দিবে না। তাহলে অচিরেই তুমি জানতে পারবে তুমি কিভাবে বিচার করবে। আলী রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু বলেন, এরপর থেকে আমি কাযী হিসাবে থেকেছি। [Ibn Tirmidhi: 1335]
