Faulty eating habits

Food enables us to function, we consume food depending on the needs of the body and the desires of the mind. One of the ways to avoid bad food is to eat at the right time and in the right amount, even though the ideal time of eating is 6am in the morning, 12pm in the afternoon, and 6pm in the evening, we do not follow this rule. We don't eat on time, don't eat much in the morning, and sleep after dinner is causing digestive problems and increasing the risk of obesity, diabetes, and various non-communicable diseases.
