জুলাই ঘোষণাপত্রের মধ্য দিয়ে এই গণঅভ্যুত্থানকে সাংবিধানিক মর্যাদা দিতে হবে, শহীদদের মর্যাদা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে এবং অংশগ্রহণকারীদের রাজনৈতিক নিরাপত্তা দিতে হবে।
