Do you know what is the worst thing you can do to yourself? That is giving "Excuses".

আমার এটা নেই, ওটা হয়নি বলে পারিনি, ওইটা থাকলে ভালো হত, ওইটা হয়ে যাক তারপর শুরু করবো। These are all just excuses nothing else. যেদিন আপনি excuses দেওয়া বন্ধ করে যা আছে, যেটা আছে, যেখানে আছেন তাই নিয়ে সামনে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার মন মানসিকতা আনতে পারবেন, সেদিন থেকেই আপনি পরিবর্তন লক্ষ করতে পারবেন।

Today I’ve turned 25. Yes, Today was my 25th Birthday. People call it the quarter-life crisis, but I’m choosing to call it the quarter-life check-in.

When I look back, the last 4 years have been a blur. I’ve probably changed more in that time than in the decade before it. I’ve made some really questionable fashion choices, learned some super hard lessons, and honestly, felt lost more than once. But you know what? Those messy moments? They gave me the most valuable things of life. I have got some amazing friends circle and people around me who actually made my life easier. And my family? This is the best family I have ever could imagine.

Now, I don’t overthink too much, Now I don’t beg for attention or love, Now I commit doing fewer things, but doing them exceptionally well. I spend more time with the people who truly fill my cup, and invest my energy into the projects and goals that actually matter to me, not just the ones I feel pressured to do. However, If I could tell my 20-year-old self one thing, it would be: "Don't rush the process. It's okay not to have it all figured out. You are capable of more than you think"

Before I finish, I just want to take a quick second to say thank you. Thank you to everyone who’s wished me a happy birthday, who’s been part of my life so far, and who’s watching this right now. Your support means the world ❤️
