Our story

Chinnomul Kalyan Foundation is a non-profit and dynamic social developmental organisation. It was founded in 2014 by Sumon Hasan, Mehedi Hasan and a group of dedicated and enthusiastic young individuals who began their expedition with the mission of working for the betterment of the society from the capital Dhaka.

Aims and motifs of Chinnomul:

Chinnomul Kalyan Foundation believes that Bangladesh is a country for the people of all walks of life. It is our social and moral responsibility to work hand-in-hand in order to bring some radical changes in the society to form the ''Golden Bengal" with her sovereignty. We dream of transforming our Bangladesh into a poverty-free, 100% literate and health-conscious nation. The dedicated individuals behind Chinnomul Kalyan Foundation truly show the value of believing that when social workers are active in a community, it tends to have a positive impact on crime rates, health statistics, school attendance and employment.

Activities of Chinnomul:

Since the very beginning, Chinnomul Kalyan Foundation has been providing support to some of the most vulnerable and poorest families in Bangladesh, helping 5000 people every year and ensuring free but quality education for the underprivileged children. The foundation works with people of all ages, often providing both financial and psychological support. We have helped poor people to grow up as entrepreneurs. We have assisted old and adult people to arrange a source of earning for them. A regular programme of Chinnomul Kalyan Foundation is" Health Camps" where groups of doctors and medical interns volunteer free medical check-up and some basic over the counter medicines to the families deprived of this basic need. Chinnomul comes forward with its valiant fighters whenever Bangladesh faces a calamity or disaster. It has persistently been helping the flood-affected people whose houses have been washed away with fiercely current. We provide those needy people food to survive, medicines to fight against disease and money to rebuild their habitation. We believe in sharing joys and happiness with street or underprivileged children. So, we distribute new dresses on several occasions including the two Eids. Raising awareness about the light of education among the children of the ethnic community by awarding them educational elements have also been a part of this organisation. Chinnomul Kalyan Foundation has been working relentlessly with the love and support of the common mass from the remotest hill tracts to the central cities. The Chinnomul team hopes to work for people in need and enhance the degree of the social developmental endeavours in the country.
