I came across a fun video of a father teaching his kids how to give clear, step-by-step instructions — and it stuck with me.

It’s playful, yes. But it also reveals something deeper:
🧠 If you can’t explain what you do clearly, you don’t fully understand it.
And if you don’t understand it, you can’t delegate it — not to a colleague, not to a team, and definitely not to an AI agent.

Training AI agents isn’t magic. It’s a communication skill.
Just like teaching a child, it forces you to clarify:
