আপনি কি চান মানুষ সহজে আপনার কথা শুনুক, আপনার অনুরোধ ফেলনা না ভাবুক, বা কেউ আপনাকে মিথ্যা বলছে কিনা সেটা ধরতে? এসব জানার জন্য সাইকোলজি নিয়ে ডিগ্রি লাগবে না। মানুষের মনের কিছু সাধারণ কৌশল জানলেই দৈনন্দিন জীবনে অনেক এগিয়ে থাকা যায়।

আমরা প্রায়ই বুঝতে না পেরেই অন্যের কথায় প্রভাবিত হই, ঠকে যাই বা ভুল সিদ্ধান্ত নেই। তাই যদি এই “মাইন্ড গেম”-এর নিয়মগুলো জানা থাকে, তাহলে অন্তত নিজেকে বাঁচানো সম্ভব। আবার সঠিক জায়গায় ব্যবহার করলে কাজও সহজ হয়ে যায়।
চলুন, এমনই ১০টি সহজ কিন্তু কাজের মনস্তাত্ত্বিক ট্রিক জেনে নেওয়া যাক।

১. চুপ থাকার শক্তি
কারও কথা শুনে সন্দেহ হলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে প্রশ্নবাণ ছুড়বেন না। বরং তার দিকে তাকিয়ে কিছুক্ষণ নীরব থাকুন। এই নীরবতা অনেককে অস্বস্তিতে ফেলে দেয়। বেশিরভাগ সময় সে নিজেই কথা বাড়াতে গিয়ে আসল সত্যটা বের করে ফেলে।

২. ছোট সাহায্য চাইলে মানুষ আপনাকে পছন্দ করে
কারও কাছ থেকে নিজের জন্য বড় কিছু পাওয়ার দরকার নেই। উল্টো তার কাছেই ছোট্ট সাহায্য চান। মানুষ যাকে সাহায্য করে, অবচেতনে তাকে পছন্দ করতে শুরু করে। এতে সম্পর্ক সহজে গড়ে ওঠে।

৩. রাগের জবাব শান্তি দিয়ে দিন
কেউ যদি আপনার ওপর চেঁচায়, আপনি শান্ত থাকুন। ধীর ও স্বাভাবিক গলায় কথা বলুন। এতে সে প্রথমে আরও বিরক্ত হলেও পরে নিজেই লজ্জা বা অপরাধবোধে ভুগবে। ঝগড়া না করেই জেতার এটা স্মার্ট উপায়।

৪. অর্ডার না দিয়ে অপশন দিন
কাউকে সরাসরি কিছু করতে বললে সে “না” বলতে পারে। কিন্তু যদি তাকে দুটো অপশন দেন, সে মনে করবে সিদ্ধান্তটা তার। যেমন— “এখন করবেন, না একটু পরে?” কাজটা শেষ পর্যন্ত আপনারটাই হবে।

৫. টেনশন কমাতে চুইংগাম
ইন্টারভিউ বা স্টেজে উঠার আগে নার্ভাস লাগছে? চুইংগাম চিবান। ব্রেইন তখন মনে করে আপনি নিরাপদ অবস্থায় আছেন। এতে অকারণে ভয় বা চাপ অনেকটা কমে যায়।

৬. সামনের জনের ভঙ্গি হালকা কপি করুন
কথা বলার সময় তার বসার স্টাইল, হাতের ভঙ্গি বা হাসি একটু মিলিয়ে নিন। খুব স্পষ্টভাবে না, স্বাভাবিকভাবে। এতে সে অজান্তেই আপনার সাথে আরাম বোধ করবে।

৭. আগে বড় চাওয়া, পরে ছোটটা
আপনি যদি ছোট কিছু চান, আগে তার চেয়ে বড় একটা অনুরোধ করুন। সেটা সে না করবে। এরপর আসল চাওয়াটা বলুন। তুলনায় এটা সহজ মনে হবে, আর সে রাজি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেড়ে যাবে।

৮. নাম ধরে ডাকুন
কথার মাঝে এক–দুবার নাম ব্যবহার করুন। নিজের নাম শুনতে মানুষ ভালোবাসে। এতে সে গুরুত্ব পাওয়া অনুভব করে এবং আপনার কথা মন দিয়ে শোনে।

৯. কথা বলতে বলতে কিছু ধরিয়ে দিন
আড্ডার মধ্যে কারও হাতে হালকা কিছু ধরিয়ে দিলে বেশিরভাগ মানুষ না ভেবেই সেটা ধরে নেয়। কারণ তখন তার মন কথোপকথনে ব্যস্ত থাকে। মজার হলেও এটা সত্যি কাজ করে।

১০. পায়ের দিক খেয়াল করুন
কেউ আপনার সাথে কথা বলতে চায় কিনা বুঝতে তার পায়ের দিক দেখুন। শরীর আপনার দিকে থাকলেও যদি পা অন্যদিকে থাকে, বুঝবেন সে এই কথা শেষ করতে চায়।

এই ট্রিকগুলো জানা ভালো, কিন্তু ব্যবহার করা উচিত ভালো কাজে। মনে রাখবেন—জ্ঞান আপনাকে শক্তিশালী করে, কিন্তু ভালো ব্যবহারই মানুষকে আপনার প্রতি সম্মানী করে তোলে।
