That's really the gap I try to close. social media marketing and meta ads get your business in front of people, but if the content and design behind it looks like everyone else's, the budget just gets wasted on people who scroll straight past.

Instagram just fixed the exact problem I had last month.

My page was getting real views, but zero new followers. I had no way to tell which post was actually pulling people in and which ones people just scrolled past.

Instagram just added a feature that shows exactly which post or Reel brought in each new follower — not just views. I checked mine yesterday. Turns out one single post was doing almost all the work, and the rest were just noise.

The businesses that grow aren't the ones buying every service at once. They're the ones who fix the one thing actually holding them back first, whether that's content that isn't getting found, a page nobody's managing, or ads running without any real tracking behind them.

I thought posting more would grow my page. It didn't.

For a while I was posting almost every day — graphics, quick tips, whatever I could put together. Followers barely moved. Then I switched to posting less, but each post carried one real lesson, one real number, or one real mistake I actually made with a client.

One graphic post: 3 views. One 15-second reel of me just talking: over 100 views. Same account. Same followers.

I saw this on my own instagram, but the same pattern holds here too. graphics mostly reach people who already follow your page. video is how the algorithm shows you to people who don't, yet.
