Sometimes, you don’t need to defend yourself. Even when people lie about you. Even when they twist the story and break your trust. Even when you’re left picking up the pieces of something you didn’t even break.
It hurts, I know. Especially when you stayed kind. When you stayed honest. When you didn’t deserve any of it.
But in Islam, there’s this quiet reminder—kifarah. It’s not just “karma.” It’s Allah’s way of saying, “I saw what they did. I know what you felt. And I will take care of it.”
You don’t have to carry the weight of proving anything. You don’t have to fight back. What’s meant to return, will. And what’s meant for your heart—peace, healing, justice—Allah will give in the most perfect way, at the most perfect time.
So breathe. Let go. And trust that nothing escapes His eyes. Not even the silent battles you thought no one saw.
