Responsibilities & Context
Analyze user insights and bKash offerings to design long-term communication strategies promoting a cashless lifestyle.
Build in-depth knowledge of bKash’s role in advancing a digital-first society and influencing digital behavior from a communications perspective.
Assist in developing and managing project roadmaps with actionable steps to achieve campaign outcomes.
Identify and evaluate communication opportunities that enhance brand perception and create business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-impact campaigns utilizing bKash’s digital assets.
Contribute to digital corporate communications, including managing online presence and award submissions.
Support the development of strategic partnerships aligned with communication objectives and KPIs.
Plan and execute multi-platform communication and partnership strategies aligned with brand goals.
Coordinate with external agencies for creative development and partner engagement.
Implement community-focused initiatives that support digital engagement and brand affinity.
Use digital analytics tools to track campaign performance, monitor industry trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience
1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks,Telecommunication,Manufacturing (FMCG),Advertising Agency,IT Enabled Service,Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
