Tamim Iqbal was admitted to the hospital after suffering a massive heart attack and was in critical condition. However, with time, the condition of the country's top batsman improved. Tamim has regained consciousness and is now responding to calls. We all pray for his steady recovery.

Back in 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown, we were all exhausted, frustrated, and mentally drained, constantly hearing bad news about deaths and the worse conditions of the virus. Many of us lost our loved ones, and so many close to us were affected by this deadly virus. During that difficult time, Tamim Iqbal brought our cricket heroes together on Facebook Live. I remember my friends and I eagerly waiting for 10:30 PM every night to watch his live sessions.

Almost 10 Facebook Lives, cricketing Heroes like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Kane Williamson, Faf du Plessis, Coach Salahuddin, Mashrafe Mortaza, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad, Habibul Bashar, Akram Khan, Taijul Islam, Taskin Ahmed, Rubel Hossain, Nasir Hossain, and many more wonderful people joined him.

It felt like a breath of fresh air after such a dark time. We laughed—really laughed—at their jokes, their life stories, and the behind-the-scenes moments they shared. Personally, I’m truly grateful to Tamim for this initiative.

Many will remember him for different reasons, but this will always be a special moment in my heart✨

Stay strong, Tamim. You are our hero ❤️

তামিম ইকবাল বিষয়ে জানলাম:
১. খুব অল্প সময়ের ব্যবধানে দুটো হার্ট অ্যাটাক হয়েছে। একটা ম্যাসিভ।
২. লাইফ সাপোর্টে আছেন। চেষ্টা করা হচ্ছে এনজিওগ্রাম করে দ্রুত ব্লক/ব্লাড কোট অপসারণ করার। এটা খুব খুব অনিশ্চিত একটা প্রোসেস। বড় হাসপাতাল হলে বেটার হতো।
৩. হেলিকপ্টার প্রায় শুরু থেকে রেডি রাখা হয়েছে। কিন্তু তামিমের শরীর ফ্লাই করার অবস্থায় নেই।
৪. তামিমের পরিবারের সদস্যরা আছেন দেশের সেরা চিকিৎসকরা প্রক্রিয়ার সাথে ইনভলব আছেন।

স্রষ্ঠা সহায়। তামিম নিজের পয়সায় যত জনের চিকিৎসা করিয়েছেন, তাদের অছিলায় হলেও তামিম ফিরে আসুন।

RCB Starts the campaign with a bang, 7-Wicket win against defending Champions KKR 🔥

KKR gifted their wickets while batting first after losing the toss. Captain Rahane looks solid, while Narine played a struggling innings of 44 runs. However, continuous wickets restricted to just 175 runs.

From a very young age, I’ve been a fan of your batting. Those nail biting finishing in the IPL made me fall in love with your game. You’re a champion. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve won a trophy or not; you’ve won millions of hearts. Your innings in the 2015 semifinals, the century in the 2023 semifinals, and now the 2024 Champions Trophy semifinals, every time you fought alone, just like you do throughout your entire career.

Finally a good decision, Thank you MR15 ✨

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu

I am announcing my retirement from the ODI format as of today.

Alhamdulillah for everything. While our achivements may have been limited on a global level, one thing is certain: whenever I stepped onto the field for my country, I gave more than 100% with dedication and honesty.

The last few weeks have been very challenging for me, and I have come to realize that this is my destiny. Allah says in the Quran: “Wa tu’izzu man tasha’ wa tu’zhilu man tasha’” - “And He honours whom He wills, and He disgraces whom He wills.” (3:26)

May Almighty Allah forgive us and grant righteous Iman to all. 🤲

Lastly, I would like to deeply thank my family, friends and my fans for whom I have played cricket for the last 19 years.

The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 feels like the “Death Certificate” for the Spirit of Cricket and the Beauty of Sports 👏🏼💔

I just don’t understand how the host country is supposed to travel to another country to play against a specific team. Not only that, but the final match won’t even be played in Pakistan, even though Pakistan was the host of this tournament. They did everything right from the pitch to the arrangements, everything was almost perfect. This is unfair and utter disappointing behavior from the BCCI and ICC. Without any doubt, this is the worst thing that could happen to an international tournament.

Team India, on the other hand, is playing all their matches at the same venue. They’re practicing on the center wickets and prepare their squad according to their dirty plans. They don’t have to travel which giving them so many unfair advantages.
