Title: Junior Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Type: Full-time
Work Days: Saturday to Wednesday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Salary: 20-30k

What will you do?
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify the demographics, digital footprints, and persona of the prospects.
2. Utilize online platforms, social media, and professional networks to find and gather contact information of potential clients.
3. Collect maximum touch points and contact details of both B2B and B2C leads, while identifying which contact methods are effective for each of them.
4. Manage and maintain a database of leads, keeping it up-to-date and organized.
5. Meet hourly/daily goals while maintaining the standard of leads.
Have a hold on the automated/scraping ways to generate leads, and filter out ineffective leads from them.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure smooth handover.
7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead generation processes and contribute creative ideas.
8. And any other task assigned by the management or Department Head.

Educational Requirements
* Candidates should have a Graduation/Post Graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
* Experience in this field will add extra value.
