What will you do?
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify the demographics, digital footprints, and persona of the prospects.
2. Utilize online platforms, social media, and professional networks to find and gather contact information of potential clients.
3. Collect maximum touch points and contact details of both B2B and B2C leads, while identifying which contact methods are effective for each of them.
4. Manage and maintain a database of leads, keeping it up-to-date and organized.
5. Meet hourly/daily goals while maintaining the standard of leads.
Have a hold on the automated/scraping ways to generate leads, and filter out ineffective leads from them.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure smooth handover.
7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead generation processes and contribute creative ideas.
8. And any other task assigned by the management or Department Head.

What Tasks Does The Job Involve?
1. Make effective marketing plans with ROI forecasts for onboarding new clients.
2. Identify and get in touch with potential prospects via email and social media. This includes but is not limited to cold email, DM, follow-up, meetings, proposals, and eventually closing them.
3. Search for SaaS/Startup/Business leads for our services and maintain key information in the prospect database.
4. Help the prospects identify the problems(that we solve) and come up with realistic solutions to those.
5. Must be proactive and gentle to build, establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.
6. Build and train client success managers for sales operations.
Be accustomed to a monthly, quarterly and yearly target for the sales department.

9. Prepare necessary documents & reports

12. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
13. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director or superior authority.

Phase 1: Online Assessment Test
