We Should Think Like China!

In China, platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and even the Chrome browser are banned!
At first, this may seem irritating, but now I realize—they actually protected themselves from a massive danger long ago.

Today, a news report shook me to my core.
I saw that Israel is now using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to target and kill Palestinian people!

Since I work with AI, I often need to dig deep into it, and from that I can confidently say:
The biggest power of AI is data.
The more data you have, the stronger your model becomes.
And we are giving away this data for free every single day—a huge mistake.

🔹 When you use Google Maps, Google tracks your location
🔹 Facebook wants your contact list, so it can understand your full network
🔹 From your saved contacts like “Ma,” “Baba,” or “Boro Vai,” it understands your relationships
🔹 Your browser (Chrome) stores all your passwords, emails, and browsing history—your entire digital life in the palm of their hands!

And the family photos you postâ€Ļ you can't even imagine—each one is a data point.
In times of war, these could become your greatest vulnerabilities.

So, the question is—what's the solution?
🔸 Small solution: Don’t share personal information online
🔸 Big solution: Create our own platforms—just like China did

Unless we build our own systems like China, we are never truly free—we’re just modern slaves!
Before you stand against those who hold all your data, ask yourself—where does your strength really lie?
