🍓 Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
strawberries jam – 1/2cup

Sugar – ½ cup

Whipping cream – 1cup

Milk-500 ml
Corn flour-10 gm

Vanilla extract – ½ tsp

A few drops of pink food color

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Strawberry jam

1. Wash and chop the 1/2 cup strawberries.

2. In a pan, add chopped strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Cook on medium heat for 4–5 minutes until the strawberries become soft and syrupy.

3. Let it cool, then blend into a smooth jam.

🔹 Step 2: prepare the cornflour mixture
1.In a pan,add milk,1/4 cup sugar and cornflour and cook it until thik consistency like condensed milk and cool it.

Whip the Cream

1. Take cold whipping cream in a bowl.

2. Beat using an electric be**er or hand whisk until stiff peaks form .

🔹 Step 3: Mix Everything

1. Add the milk mixture to the whipped cream and gently fold.

2. Add the strawberry jam and vanilla extract and food color.

3. Gently fold everything together until well mixed.

🔹 Step 4: Freeze

1. Pour the mixture into an airtight container.

2. Freeze for at least 10-12 hours or overnight then serve.
