اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
“Allahumma inni as’aluka al-‘afwa wal-‘aafiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah”
📖 বাংলা অর্থ:
“হে আল্লাহ! আমি আপনার কাছে দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে ক্ষমা ও সুস্থতা প্রার্থনা করছি।”

🌸 ফজিলত
1. 🕋 নবীজি ﷺ সাহাবাদেরকে বারবার এই দোয়াটি পড়তে শিখিয়েছেন।
2. 🌟 এখানে দুইটি বড় নিয়ামত চাওয়া হচ্ছে—
• আফও (العفو) = গুনাহ ক্ষমা
• আফিয়াহ (العافية) = সুস্থতা, নিরাপত্তা ও শান্তি
3. ✨ এই দোয়া পড়লে মানুষ দুনিয়ার কষ্ট, রোগ-বালাই, বিপদ থেকে বাঁচে এবং আখিরাতে সহজ হিসাব লাভ করে।
4. 📖 হাদিসে এসেছে—“আল্লাহর কাছে ক্ষমা ও নিরাপত্তার দোয়া বেশি বেশি করো, এর চেয়ে উত্তম কিছু মানুষকে দেওয়া হয়নি।” (তিরমিজি)
“O Allah! I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and in the Hereafter.”

Virtues:
1. The Prophet ﷺ taught his companions to recite this supplication repeatedly.
2. In this dua, two great blessings are being asked for:
• ‘Afw (العفو) = Forgiveness of sins
• ‘Aafiyah (العافية) = Good health, safety, and peace
3. Reciting this dua protects a person from worldly hardships, illnesses, and calamities.
4. Hadith: “Ask Allah for forgiveness and safety, for no one is given anything better than forgiveness and safety.” (Tirmidhi)
