💼 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email campaigns
Generate creative content ideas for posts, campaigns, and branding
Work closely with designers, editors, and video creators to develop banners, templates, and videos
Plan and execute campaigns while maintaining campaign calendars
Focus on non-paid (organic) growth strategies including SEO, organic reach, social engagement, etc.
Track performance data and prepare weekly reports
Stay updated with platform trends and digital best practices

✅ Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (brand or agency side)
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic SEO
Strong interest in organic traffic and content-driven growth
Comfortable collaborating with creative and technical teams
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and task management skills
Bonus: Experience with Amazon FBA marketing or eCommerce platforms
Must have a stable internet connection and personal device
🔍 Working hours will be monitored through a time-tracking app

🕒 Office hours: 8 hours/day
⏳ During high-pressure projects, hours may extend to 9 hours/day
🗓️ 2 weekly holidays (fixed)
