Here’s a fun and unique recipe for Chicken Donuts—a savory twist on traditional donuts!Ingredients: • For the chicken donuts: • 1 lb ground chicken (or finely chopped cooked chicken) • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese • 1 egg • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional) • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp paprika • Salt and pepper to taste • For the coating: • 1/2 cup flour • 1/2 tsp paprika • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • Salt and pepper to taste • 2 eggs (beaten) • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs • For frying: • Vegetable oil (for deep frying)Instructions: 1. Prepare the chicken mixture: • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined. • Divide the mixture into small portions and form them into “donut” shapes, creating a hole in the center of each portion. You can use your fingers or the back of a spoon to make the hole. 2. Prepare the coating: • In one bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. • In another bowl, beat the eggs. • In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs. 3. Coat the chicken donuts: • Roll each chicken donut in the flour mixture, making sure it’s fully coated. • Dip it into the beaten eggs, then roll it in the panko breadcrumbs until it’s fully covered. 4. Fry the chicken donuts: • Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat. You want enough oil to submerge the chicken donuts. • Once the oil is hot (around 350°F or 175°C), carefully drop the chicken donuts into the oil, a few at a time. • Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Use a slotted spoon to remove the donuts and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. 5.
