No matter how hard things get, I know I'll never again let anyone convince me I'm crazy, unhealthy, or insecure for having a normal reaction to their hurtful behavior, for I've learned to trust my instincts, honor my emotions, and stand firm in my worth, unwavering and unapologetic.
I've broken free from the shackles of gaslighting and manipulation, and I now recognize the tactics used to control and diminish, the subtle whispers of self-doubt, and the overt attacks on my sanity.
My feelings are valid, my boundaries are sacred, and my well-being is non-negotiable, a foundation upon which I stand, unshakeable and resolute.
I refuse to internalize the negativity of others, choosing instead to prioritize self-care, self-love, and self-respect, nurturing my spirit and protecting my heart.
The days of self-doubt and second-guessing are behind me, replaced by unwavering confidence and a deep understanding of my worth, forged through trials and tempered by resilience.
I am not crazy for feeling hurt, angry, or frustrated; I am human, with emotions that ebb and flow like the tides, yet remain authentic and true.
My reactions are normal, reasonable, and justified, grounded in the soil of my experiences and watered by the wisdom of my intuition.
I stand firm in my truth, assertive and unapologetic, knowing that my emotional intelligence and resilience are strengths, not weaknesses, shining beacons that illuminate my path.
The world needs more people who are unafraid to feel, to express, and to advocate for themselves, and I am proud to be one of them, a warrior of self-love and self-acceptance.
