You met a girl.
She’s cute,
She's adorable,
Fun to talk to,
and you like her;
Like every inch of her,
Like how much she smiles,
Like how her eyes blink,
Like the way she is and
Like the whole her.
When you see sparkle
In her— in her eyes.
You adjusted;
talked to her first.
You insisted,
Bothered her happily
at least everyday of a week.
You guys started to talk almost everyday.
You saw how enchanting her life is.
You asked her,
bothered her
while she was minding
her own business.
You courted her,
Asking her permit.
She said yes,
You were happy.
Then suddenly,
You started to become dry.
Then suddenly,
It became the opposite,
She always has to carry the conversation
because she likes talking to you.
She likes you the way you liked her.
She likes bothering you
because she misses you;
She misses every single thing of you.
But there you are,
Keeps on giving mixed signals,
Short answers,
Bland expression;
Here you are,
Started to leave her delivered,
seen and unseen messages;
For hours or even days.
She started to cry all night
Thinking about what's wrong with her,
Asking if she's not worthy enough,
Asking if she is hard to handle—
She decided to give you a space.
Thinking that you would talk to her first
Again, for once.
But there you are,
No conscience;
Just leaving her unanswered;
and never speak to her again.
You bothered her quiet,
silent and peaceful life first
because you were so interested in her,
you liked her.
But when you got her attention,
and now she's dependent on you,
you're leaving her—
you're leaving her miserable.
You bothered her first flawlessly,
and now you're returning her back to her life,
leaving her full of scars.
