**Job Description:**
ATI Limited is seeking a** Support Engineer** to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless network and security management.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Technical Support & Troubleshooting:**
** **
· Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Diagnose and repair computer systems, printers, and other office IT equipment.
· Assist users with software applications, email configurations, and security updates.
**IT Infrastructure Maintenance:**
** **
· Maintain and manage office IT systems, including workstations, servers, and networking devices.
· Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
· Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
**Network & Security Management:**
** **
· Configure and maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
· Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.
· Set up firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access controls to protect data and systems.
**User Account & System Administration:**
** **
· Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
· Manage IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
· Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up and deactivating IT resources.
**Collaboration & Communication:**
** **
· Work closely with other IT staff and departments to improve IT services.
· Provide training to employees on IT best practices and security awareness.
· Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support and procurement.
**Requirements:**
** **
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
· Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
