Recipe :-Easy Chicken Curry

Description: A family-friendly curry made with yogurt and a handful of pantry staples, ready in under 45 minutes.

Why Try It: Simple ingredients, creamy texture, and adaptable spice levels for all ages.

Ingredients:-
1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp ginger, grated
