যেখানেই নতুন ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট, পুলিশের এসআই, ওসি, অর্থাৎ আইনের কর্মকর্তা, ভাই সেখানেই দেখবেন লোকাল নেতার আগমন। এবং একটা সম্পর্ক তৈরির চেষ্টা। এর মানে কি বুঝতেছেন আপনারা! একটু গভীরভাবে ভাবেন,উত্তর পেয়ে যাবেন। এই বিষয়টা যুগের সাথে ক্রমনে চলে আসতেছে।
একজন নেতার বৈশিষ্ট্য কি হওয়া দরকার?
ভাই সমাজে সমাজ সেবামূলক কাজ করেন, আপনার এলাকার অসহায় লোকদের খোঁজ খবর রাখেন। দেখা যায় যে, আপনি নেতা হয়ে গেলেন আপনার আসন থাকবে উচ্চ জায়গায় বা উচ্চ ব্যক্তিবর্গের সাথে বা আইনের কর্মকর্তাদের সাথে। যার ফলে আপনি আপনার সুযোগের সদ্ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। তখন আপনার কাছে অন্যায়কে আর অন্যায় মনে হয় না। কারণ আপনি জানেন আমার উপরে বড় বড় হাত আছে।
এভাবেই চলে আসতেছে এই দেশ। আর কত করবেন গোপন মিটিং আইনের কর্মকর্তাদের সাথে, আর কত করবেন টেবিলের নিচ দিয়ে বিনিময়।
আপনি সমাজে ভালো কাজ করেন, দেখবেন সমাজের মানুষ আপনাকে উচ্চ স্থানে বসাবে, আপনাকে আইনের কর্মকর্তার সাথে সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করতে হবে না তখন, দেখবেন সেই কর্মকর্তাই আপনার খোঁজ-খবর নিবে।
বাংলাদেশে যে দলেই আসুক, যদি এগুলো মেনে চলতে পারেন তাহলে গণতন্ত্র টিকে থাকবে।
আর আইনের কর্মকর্তার সাথে সম্পর্ক হওয়া দরকার ছাত্র ও আমজনতার। তাদের খোঁজখবর নেওয়ার জন্য। নেতা চামচাগিরি করার জন্য নয়।
আইনের ব্যবহার হওয়া উচিত অন্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে ন্যায়ের পক্ষে।
আপনি যেমন নেতা আপনার কাছে কথাগুলো তেমনি লাগবে।
সময় থাকতে সচেতন হন!! অনেক কিছু বদলে গেছে!!
এরকম চলতে থাকলে ছাত্র জনতা আর ছার দিবে না কাউকে, সে যেকোনো দলেরই হোক!!

If you do good work in the society, you will see that the people of the society will put you in a high place, you will not have to establish a relationship with the law officer, then you will see that the officer will take care of you.
Whichever party comes to power in Bangladesh, if they can follow these, democracy will survive.
And students and the public need to have a relationship with law enforcement officers. To inquire about them. Not to manipulate leaders.
The law should be used to stand up for justice against injustice.
As you are a leader, you will need the same words.
Be aware of the time!! A lot has changed!!
