There is a certain way to word and set up your goals that will help you achieve them, and that is if they are "SMART." SMART stands for specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time based.

I have tried to set up the entire missions and system to reflect these standards in goal setting, and now it's your turn to make some SMART goals. It is also important to write your goals down, not just think them in your mind. Writing them down and then referring to them regularly will help you remember them, even when things get tough and busy, and is statistically proven to help you meet those goals. I suggest you place your written goals in the notebook we'll be working on during the course of these challenges. Today, just write them down and save them to put into your notebook in a few days when we set it up.

I'd love to hear what you've got planned for 2024 for your home and your life. We're all going to be working together, and I have to say, I'm very excited. I hope you are too!
