📖 "O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah as witnesses in justice, and let not the enmity of a people prevent you from being just. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do." (Qur'an, Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:8)
💡 Ameer-ul-Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S) said:
"The rulings of Muslims are based on three things – Just Testimony, a Conclusive Oath, or the established tradition of a Guided Imam (A.S)."
(📜 Al-Kafi, Vol-7, 17/20)
⚖️ 3 Foundations of Islamic Justice:
🔹 Just Testimony – Truthful and just witness is the foundation of justice. False testimony destroys fairness. (📖 Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:8)
🔹 Conclusive Oath – When no witness is available, taking an oath is a legal way to determine the truth.
🔹 Tradition of the Guided Imam (A.S) – When new issues arise, and there is no clear evidence, the teachings of the Imams (A.S) provide guidance.
💬 Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) said:
"The best deed is that a person practices justice with people, treats his brother with equality for the sake of Allah, and remembers Allah in all conditions."
(📜 Al-Kafi, Vol-2, 66/7)
🌍 If we implement this system today, the world can witness true justice and fairness!
