Hello everyone!
Today, I’m going to talk about Rangpur — a beautiful, historic, and culturally rich region in the northern part of Bangladesh. Rangpur is not just a city; it is a place full of heritage, natural beauty, and warm-hearted people.
Rangpur is often called the “Green City” because of its clean environment, wide roads, and plenty of trees. The peaceful atmosphere of this region makes it special for both visitors and local people.

1.History and Heritage
One of the most iconic landmarks of Rangpur is the famous Tajhat Jamidar Bari, also known as Tajhat Palace.
This magnificent palace was built in the early 20th century by the zamindar Kumar Gopal Lal Roy. It is made of beautiful white stones, and its architecture reflects a mix of Mughal and European styles.
Today, Tajhat Palace serves as a museum where visitors can see historical artifacts, old coins, manuscripts, sculptures, and many objects that represent the rich history of this region. Standing in front of the palace feels like stepping back in time.

2.Important Institutions in Rangpur
Rangpur is also known for many significant educational, administrative, and medical institutions. Some of the most popular ones are:
Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) – A leading public university named after the famous social reformer Begum Rokeya.

Topic: Winter Season

Winter is one of the most beautiful seasons of the year. It usually starts in November and ends in February in Bangladesh. During this time, the weather becomes cold and fog covers the morning sky. People wear warm clothes like sweaters, jackets, and scarves to protect themselves from the cold.

In winter, the days are short, and the nights are long. The sun rises late in the morning, and sometimes it is hard to see because of the heavy fog. Poor people suffer a lot in this season because they do not have enough warm clothes. Many kind people and organizations help them by giving blankets and winter dresses.

Winter is also a season of tasty foods. People enjoy cakes (pithas), date juice, vegetables, and fish. In the villages, people make different kinds of pithas like bhapa pitha, chitoy pitha, and patishapta pitha. Everyone enjoys eating them with warm tea.

Many people love winter because the weather is calm and peaceful. It is a good time for traveling, picnics, and enjoying nature. Though the cold is sometimes hard to bear, winter gives us many sweet memories every year.

আজকের স্পোকেন ইংলিশ টপিক: 'NEED TO' এর সঠিক ব্যবহার!

বন্ধুরা, ইংরেজিতে যখনই আপনি আপনার প্রয়োজনীয়তা (Necessity) বা বাধ্যবাধকতা (Obligation) বোঝাতে চাইবেন, তখনই ব্যবহার করতে হবে 'Need to'।
বাংলায় এর সহজ অর্থ: দরকার, প্রয়োজন, বা অবশ্যই করতে হবে।

১.স্ট্রাকচার (গঠন প্রণালী)
'Need to' হলো একটি Modal Expression. এর ব্যবহারের সময় Subject-এর পরিবর্তন অনুযায়ী 'Need' পরিবর্তিত হয়।

I, You, We, They এর সাথে: Subject + Need to + Verb-এর Base Form (V1)
উদাহরণ: We need to call her. (আমাদের তাকে ফোন করা দরকার।)

He, She, It এর সাথে: Subject + Needs to + Verb-এর Base Form (V1)
উদাহরণ: He needs to call her. (তার তাকে ফোন করা দরকার।)

(⚠️ মনে রাখবেন: He, She, It এর জন্য 'Needs to' ব্যবহার করতে হয়।)

২. না বোধক ও প্রশ্নবোধক (Negative & Interrogative) গঠন
'Need to' কে না বোধক বা প্রশ্নবোধক করতে Do/Does ব্যবহার করা হয়।
Negative (না বোধক): Subject + do/does not + need to + V1
উদাহরণ: I don't need to worry. (আমার চিন্তা করার প্রয়োজন নেই।)

Interrogative (প্রশ্নবোধক): Do/Does + Subject + need to + V1?
উদাহরণ: Does she need to go? (তার কি যাওয়া দরকার?)
