Position: HR Manager
Location: Nimtoli, Silmon, Tongi, Gazipur
Vacancy: 01
Job Nature: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
âĸ Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
âĸ Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
âĸ Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
âĸ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
âĸ Coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.
âĸ Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
âĸ Work closely with management and employees to improve workplace culture and productivity.
Educational Qualification:
âĸ Bachelorâs/Masterâs degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Requirements:
âĸ Minimum 10 years of experience in the HR field, with at least 6 years in a managerial role in the garment/textile industry.
Skills & Competencies:
âĸ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
âĸ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & compliance requirements.
âĸ Ability to handle conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively.
âĸ Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
