📍 **একটা ক্যামেরা, কয়েক সেকেন্ডের ঘনিষ্ঠতা… আর তার পর সব শেষ!**

মার্কিন তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি সংস্থা **Astronomer**-এর CEO **Andy Byron** সম্প্রতি পদত্যাগ করেছেন।
কারণ? তিনি একটি **Coldplay কনসার্টে** নিজের সহকর্মী ও সংস্থার HR প্রধান **Christine Cabot**-এর সঙ্গে ঘনিষ্ঠ মুহূর্তে ধরা পড়েন **"Kiss Cam"**-এর ক্যামেরায়।

❗ সমস্যাটা শুধু ঘনিষ্ঠতা নয় — বিষয়টা হল, দু’জনেই **বিবাহিত**।
ভিডিওটা ভাইরাল হতেই চারদিকে শুরু হয় সমালোচনার ঝড়।

এই ঘটনা আমাদের একটা বড় শিক্ষা দেয়।
🔹 উচ্চপদে থাকলে শুধু অফিস চালানোই নয়, নিজের ব্যক্তিগত আচরণও নজরে থাকে।
🔹 এখন আর কিছুই ব্যক্তিগত থাকে না—একটা ভুল মুহূর্ত সারা দুনিয়ায় ছড়িয়ে যেতে সময় লাগে না।
🔹 অফিসের পরিবেশ, নীতিবোধ আর সহকর্মীদের প্রতি দায়িত্ববোধ বজায় রাখা খুব জরুরি।

**পদ যত বড়, দায়িত্বও তত ভারী।**
আমরা যারা নেতৃত্বের জায়গায় আছি বা আসতে চাই—এই ঘটনাগুলো আমাদের চোখ খুলে দেয়।

Why? At a recent **Coldplay concert**, he was caught on the **“Kiss Cam”** sharing an intimate moment with **Christine Cabot**, the company’s Chief People Officer (HR head).

This incident teaches us a powerful lesson.
🔹 The higher the position, the heavier the responsibility — both professionally and personally.
🔹 In today’s digital world, nothing stays private for long. A few seconds can ruin years of reputation.
🔹 Workplace ethics, boundaries, and integrity are not optional — they’re essential.

**Leadership isn’t just about driving results. It’s about setting an example.**

The sheer power of the water, the mist in the air, and the scenic beauty all around make this place feel like a dream. Nature at its finest!

Visiting Titisee in the High Black Forest, Germany on February 10, 2024, was a deeply memorable experience. Titisee is a glacial lake spanning about 1.07 km², formed nearly 10,000 years ago during the last ice age
🏞️ The serene lake offers swimming, boating, and a scenic 6 km lakeside trail. I also took the hike up Hochfirst mountain (≈ 350 m elevation gain) and climbed the Hochfirstturm for a breathtaking panoramic view.
🕰️ Nearby villages along Germany’s famed Clock Route showcase traditional Black Forest cuckoo clocks—hand-carved, mechanical masterpieces that chime with charm. Seeing historic workshop displays and hearing the cuckoo on the hour felt magical.
🎩 The classic “Bahnhäusle” design by Friedrich Eisenlohr and innovations by Johann Baptist Beha in the mid-1800s resulted in the iconic style still loved today . Towns like Triberg, Schönwald, and Furtwangen also display fascinating collections of antique clocks along the route.
Overall, this visit was a fairytale of icy lake views, tranquil forests, and the rhythmic tick-tock of history. Truly a lifetime memory. ❄️🌲🕰️

জার্মানির দক্ষিণ হাই ব্ল্যাক ফরেস্ট (Hochschwarzwald) অঞ্চলের অন্তর্গত টিটিসি হ্রদ আমার জন্য এক অসাধারণ ভ্রমণ অভিজ্ঞতা। বরফে ঢাকা পাহাড়ের মাঝে ১.০৭ কিমি² এলাকা জুড়ে বিস্তৃত এই প্রাকৃতিক হ্রদটি প্রায় ১০,০০০ বছর আগে গলিত হিমবাহের আমলে গঠিত (en.wikipedia.org)।
🚣‍♀️ হ্রদের চারদিকে সাঁতার, নৌকাবিহার আর ৬ কিমি লম্বা হাঁটার পথ—সব মিলে যেন একটি শান্তির ঠিকানা। পাহাড়ের কাছেই ঘোটা জারি থাকে হোয়োপফির্ষ্ট পাহাড়ি ট্রেইল যেখানে উচ্চতার প্রায় ৩৫০ মিটার—না, না, হাঁটা সহজ নয়, কিন্তু দৃশ্য সত্যিই মনছন্দ! ।
চাইলে “Hochfirstturm” টাওয়ারে উঠে পুরো লেকটা দেখে নিই—সেই অনুভূতি ভোলা যায় না।
🌲 হ্রদের পাশেই ছোট্ট শহরটিতে traditional “Black Forest Clock Route”–এর অংশ হিসেবে ঘড়ি দোকান আর কর্মশালা দেখা যায়। এখানে তৈরি হয় ঐতিহ্যবাহী cuckoo clock—যার কাঠের খোদাইকৃত ফ্রেম, mechanical movement—সবই ঐতিহাসিক নকশায় । এরই মাঝে চিলেকোঠায় ঘন্টার সাথে 'কুকু' আওয়াজ—মন সত্যিই আলাদা অনুভূতিতে ভরে ওঠে!
🎙️ বিখ্যাত ক্লকমেকার Johann Baptist Beha ও Friedrich Eisenlohr ১৮৫০–৬০ দশকে “Bahnhäusle” স্টাইলের klok–এর নকশা ও কাঠামো তৈরি করেছেন, যা আজও জনপ্রিয় ।
এ ছাড়া, Titisee–Neustadt–এর “Clock Road” এখনো উৎসবমুখর, যেখানে Triberg, Schönwald, Furtwangen–এ ঘড়ি ও প্রাচীন ঘড়ি জাদুঘর দেখা যায় ।
সব মিলে, এই ভ্রমণ আমার স্মৃতিতে জড়িয়ে আছে—লেকের নীরবতা, বরফ-আকাশ, কাঠের গুঞ্জনপূর্ণ শহর… এ যেন এক স্বপ্ন! 🕊️
