Band 9.5 Answer
The line graph shows some random lines probably drawn by a 5-year old child.

Overall, there are only Allah knows how many lines, all fluctuating wildly, like my heartbeat when my gf asks me if I would still love her if she were a lizard.

Looking closely at the graph, even chat GPT could not find the highest and the lowest figures, so what do you expect from me? Over the period, these figures changed to different extents, exceeding one another literally every year.
