- And your partner is always expecting unconditional love and support from you, he wont underatand the amount of pressure you go through no matter how much you talk and explain to him.

১. কথা হজম করতে শিখুন! এইটা অনেক বড় গুণ!আপনাকে জীবনে জিততে সহায়তা করবে।

১০. নিজের প্রয়োজনেই তর্ক এড়িয়ে চলুন! আর নিরবে কাজ করুন! আপনার কাজই আপনার কথা বলবে।

কারো কারো হয়তো ফ্যামিলি প্রবলেম চলে,কারো হয়তো ক্যারিয়ারের চিন্তায় রাতে ঘুম হয়না,কেউ কেউ হয়তো প্রিয় মানুষ কে হারিয়ে বিষন্নতায় ভোগে সারাদিন,কেউ কেউ হয়তো নানান রকমের প্রেশারে পড়ে নিজেকে হারিয়ে খুঁজছে,কেউ কেউ হয়তো রোগে আক্রান্ত,আমাদের জীবনের 'সমস্যার' শেষ নাই আসলে,তাও আমরা কেউ 'কেমন আছি?' জিজ্ঞেস করলে হেসে হেসে বলে দেই 'আলহামদুলিল্লাহ ভালো আছি!'

আমাদের 'ভালো থাকা' হারিয়ে গেলেও আমাদের 'ভালো' থাকতে হয়! এটাই জীবন! ❤️
