স্যালাইনকে শরবত বা জুস ভাবা বন্ধ করুন এবং অবশ্যই ঔষধ মনে করুন।
আজকে সোনাগাজীতে ২১ বছর বয়সের একজন ছেলের রক্তে সোডিয়াম লবণ পেয়েছি ১৬০ (স্বাভাবিক হল ১৩৫ -১৪৫ )। তার ইতিহাস থেকে জানলাম পড়শু দিন গরম বেশি লাগায় সে ৩ টি স্যালাইন একসাথে মিশিয়ে এক গ্লাসে খেয়েছে। এরপর থেকে তার অস্থিরতা , মাংস ব্যথা ,মাথা ঘুরানো এবং তীব্র বমি ভাব হচ্ছে।
জটিলতায় চরম পর্যায়ে ব্রেইন কোমায় যেতে পারে , অতঃপর মৃত্যু । মৃত্যুর কারণ কেউ জানবেনা , বলবে কিভাবে কিভাবে যেন মরে গেল!!!!

কি করতে হবে ?
স্যালাইন খেতে হলে অবশ্যই ৫০০ মিলি পানিতে একটি স্যালাইন মিশিয়ে খেতে হবে।

Alhamdulillah

RPL Level 2 is done.

It was a great day. The exam was awesome. The study instructions and cooking lessons provided by "Mohammad Jakaria" sir helped us to pass the 3 step examination procedure. And the assessor "Asit Karmakar Asit Karmakar sir " and Md Salha Uddin Sir where supportive to us.

It is a matter of joy that all of the 20 candidate are competent. I passed a wanderfull day with all examinee, teachers and assessors. Hope that thay are also happy about the result, knowledge and work experiences that thay have achieved.
