In the professional world, admitting limitations is often seen as weakness.
But in reality, recognizing what we don’t know is the first step toward real growth.

I’ve faced moments where I struggled with a new tool or concept.
Instead of pretending to know, I chose to pause, learn, and ask questions.
That decision made all the difference.

✅ I still make mistakes.
✅ I still ask for help.
✅ And I’m still learning—every single day.

In a world that’s changing fast, adaptability and a learning mindset matter more than perfection.

So here’s a reminder:
It’s okay to not know everything. But it’s not okay to stop learning.

১৯০৪ সালে ঢাকার লালবাগ কেল্লার দক্ষিণ গেট ।

তৎকালীন সময়ে এই কেল্লাটি ছিল পরিত্যাক্ত আর ভূমিকম্প এর কারনে এরকম অবস্থা ছিল। এটি ছিল অসম্পুর্ন কেল্লা, এটির নির্মাণকাজ শুরু হয়েছিল ১৬৭৮ সালে, মুঘল সুবাদার মুহাম্মদ আজম শাহ্ কর্তৃক, যিনি ছিলেন সম্রাট আওরঙ্গজেবের পুত্র এবং পরবর্তীতে নিজেও সম্রাট পদপ্রাপ্ত হয়েছিলেন। তার উত্তরসুরি, মুঘল সুবাদার শায়েস্তা খাঁ ১৬৮০ সালে নির্মাণকাজ পুনরায় শুরু করেন, কিন্তু শেষ করেননি, ১৬৮৪ সালে এখানে শায়েস্তা খাঁর কন্যা ইরান দুখত রাহমাত বানুর (পরী বিবি) মৃত্যু ঘটে। কন্যার মৃত্যুর পর শায়েস্তা খাঁ এ দুর্গটিকে অপয়া মনে করেন এবং ১৬৮৪ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে অসমাপ্ত অবস্থায় এর নির্মাণকাজ বন্ধ করে দেন।
