রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ বলেছেন:

“সূর্য ও চাঁদ কারো মৃত্যুর জন্য বা জন্মের জন্য গ্রহণ করে না।
বরং এগুলো আল্লাহর নিদর্শনসমূহের অন্তর্ভুক্ত। সুতরাং তোমরা যখন এগুলো দেখবে, তখন সালাত আদায় করো এবং দোয়া করতে থাকো,
যতক্ষণ না তা শেষ হয়।”

- (সহিহ বুখারি, হাদিস: ১০৪৪; সহিহ মুসলিম, হাদিস: ৯০১)
