We are one of the Bangladesh’s young public universities with excellent teaching and a growing reputation for our environment of higher education. With our outstanding facilities and strong student focus, we are rapidly becoming one of the most desirable centers for excellence in which to study in Bangladesh. Our vision is, and we are committed, to become a world class university and everything we do is directed towards that goal. Based in the greenery of Kotbari area, adjacent to Comilla city, our campus provides a safe, secure and green environment with high quality student accommodation. We are trying our best to offer a unique combination of educational excellence, outstanding facilities and so on and so forth. I hope that you will choose to join us on your own journey towards achieving your personal ambitions. I became the University’s academic leader and chief executive in December 2013. This was, and remains, a tremendous privilege for me, given the University’s longstanding aspiration for great teaching and internationally distinguished research. All that, plus a location at the heart of a lively, historic, beautiful city! No wonder Comilla University is at the top of the popularity stakes. One of the University’s two main roles is to help our students discover their hidden potential and reach their goals in accordance with what they want to be and what society needs. Other main role is to generate new forms of knowledge that enhances the quality of the education and contributes positively for the development of the world. We are recognized as excelling in both the two, and we aim to do even better.
