✨ ZAARA LINA’S EASTER BIRD NEST TREATS ✨

Ingredients:

150 gr chocolate Rice Krispies cereal
175 gr good-quality milk chocolate
150 gr unsweetened peanut butter
36 mini chocolate eggs

Method:

Break the milk chocolate into pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave at 30 seconds intervals. Make sure to stir in between each interval until the chocolate is fully melted. Add the peanut butter and stir until you obtain a homogenous mixture.

Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture onto the Rice Krispies and stir until the cereal is fully coated.

Fill a 12 muffin tin with cupcake cases. Using an ice-cream scoop, scoop the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, making sure the cases are full.

Using a round measure spoon, lightly press down to create a hollow centre for each ‘bird nest’.

Place the muffin tray in the fridge until the nests are hard. Once hardened top each nest with three mini chocolate eggs and enjoy.
