In 1981, Walter Verdin composed “Minimalize” at night in the studios of the audiovisual services of the university, somewhere in the city of Leuven, for a video art installation.

A year after the “Pingpong” 2LP compilation, 12 artists now rework and interpret that visionary composition: Peaking Lights, The Hafler Trio, Jlin, Legowelt, DJ Marcelle, Hypnoskull, Ossia, Céline Gillain, Transistorcake, Sagat, Beton Brut and Annelies Monseré.

Originally released on CD in 2006, It’s A Feedelity Affair marked a formative moment in Lindstrom’s early career, compiling key tracks from his first wave of 12″ releases between 2003 and 2006. The track I Feel Space has since become one of his most enduring and recognizable works.

Now, twenty years after the founding of his Feedelity label, this collection of his best loved 12″ tracks is being released on vinyl for the very first time, remastered for its 20th anniversary.

The album succinctly demonstrates why both he and his epic space disco sound have been among the most ubiquitous forces in modern dance music. 👩‍🚀✨
