It was 4:34pm... I sit here by mom Annabelle Hicks and I watched as she took her last breath and a tear came rolling out.

When I first got to her, she was able to sorta respond when I was talking to her and showed her videos and audio from loved ones. (I knew it was probably her last push).

I held her hand, let her know everything will work out.
I'm still sitting here by her side.. I tried to sing her gego maawiken..

I'm glad my sister and niece and nephew came down to be here the past few days.

Damn.. no more Ninga 😢 😭😭😭😭

GREEN DAY! It's the end of September!
Ehhh jk

I went to Mystery Movie night at Marcus theaters.. The mystery movie that's not in theaters was White Bird.. pretty good film.

More progress.. figuring out what works best for me, in the gym.

I got 3 months! 3 months to finish the year off with a good cut! All this discipline makes more things seem possible.

I got my goggles on and ready to see how else I can push/pull myself.

2nd day, I got my walk on!
44 miles to go..
Nice Pic from the walk.

I was pretty exhausted and I had to retire some walking shoes. I could feel the empty air pockets on my feet. Didn't feel good but I was well into my walk.

Eventually, I made it to the gym, as you could tell by my natural looking pose. Lol
Then, I made it home and got my protein fix.

Now, I'm down to 1 pair of walking shoes. I do have a new pair of reebok that I have up for sale.. I'll check them out later and see if I want them..
