SUK – small tools for the great work of the heart

Within the Spiritual Unity Kids project, three publications have already been created:
• Bhakta & Bhaktinka – reflection journals inspired by the values of self‑realization and the bhakti path, supporting growth on the ladder of sat–cit–ānanda

Their purpose is to help a child (and the adult guiding them) notice emotions, understand them and transform them into something uplifting.
This practice nurtures character, gratitude and awareness — qualities deeply connected with the bhakti tradition.
We hope that SUK can serve families, Sunday schools, children’s groups and all who work with young devotees.
