BE KIND TO A STRANGER
Make it a habit to be extraordinarily kind to strangers.Not because you know them.Not because they can help you.
But because kindness defines you.
One day, he decided to consciously practice small acts of kindness smiling at someone tired,thanking a cashier sincerely, helping someone carry a bag,
encouraging a person no one notices.
Most people are fighting silent battles.
The security guard.
The waitress.
The watchman.
The matatu conductor.
The colleague who looks “strong.”
A small act of kindness may not change the world but it can change someone’s world.
And here is the deep truth:
When you die, titles won’t cry.Money won’t cry.
Your status won’t cry. People will.
The stranger you encouraged.
The person you respected.
The one you treated with dignity.
Kindness is never wasted.
It becomes part of your legacy.
Today, do one unexpected act of kindness for someone who cannot repay you.
Because in the end,
_the question will not be how much you had but who will cry when you die. ❤️_
Good morning

🔥 Fire Fighters vs. Fire Starters 🔥
In life, you are either a fire fighter or a fire starter.
*A fire starter:*
Spreads gossip,Fuels anger,Creates division,Complains without solutions
*A fire fighter:*
Brings peace in chaos,Speaks wisdom in conflict,Stands calm under pressure,Solves instead of blames
*Anyone can light a fire.
It takes strength, maturity, and character to put one out.*
Remember what Gospel of Matthew 5:9 says:
“Blessed are the peacemakers…”
Be the one who cools tempers.
Be the one who restores unity.
Be the one who carries water, not petrol.
*In a world full of sparks, choose to be the extinguisher.*
Stay calm. Stay wise. Stay impactful.

* “I Must Tell Jesus”*
Hoffman wrote this hymn around 1894 after a very personal pastoral experience.
While serving as a pastor, he visited a woman who was deeply discouraged, burdened, and struggling with life’s troubles. She poured out her heart to him pain, loneliness, and overwhelming trials. After listening, Hoffman asked her a simple but powerful question:
“Have you told Jesus?”
Those words struck him deeply. He realized how often people carry heavy burdens while forgetting to take them directly to Christ. Later, reflecting on that moment, Hoffman wrote the hymn as a reminder that Jesus is the first and safest place to take our troubles.
Message of the Hymn
The song emphasizes:
Taking every burden to Jesus
Depending on Christ when human help fails
The insufficiency of self and the sufficiency of Christ

From Our High Calling — Page 7:
“Happy New Year!
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Psalm 90:12.
Another year of life is now in the past. A new year is opening before us. What will be its record? What will we each inscribe upon its spotless pages? The manner in which we spend each passing day will decide this question.…
Let us enter upon the new year with our hearts cleansed from the defilement of selfishness and pride. Let us put away every sinful indulgence, and seek to become faithful, diligent learners in the school of Christ. A new year opens its unsullied pages before us. What shall we write upon them? …
Seek to begin this year with right purposes and pure motives, as beings who are accountable to God. Ever bear in mind that your acts are daily passing into history by the pen of the recording angel. You must meet them again when the Judgment shall sit and the books shall be opened.…
If we connect with God, the source of peace, and light, and truth, His Spirit will flow through us as a channel, to refresh and bless all around us. This may be the last year of life to us. Shall we not enter upon it with thoughtful consideration? Shall not sincerity, respect, benevolence, mark our deportment toward all? …
“We live in deeds, not years; in thoughts, not breaths;
In feelings, not in figures on a dial.
We should count time by heart-throbs.
He most lives
Who thinks most, feels the noblest, acts the best.””

I Must Tell Jesus

Major Key: D

1
I must tell Jesus all of my trials,
I cannot bear these burdens alone;
In my distress He kindly will help me,
He ever loves and cares for His own.

CHORUS:
I must tell Jesus! I must tell Jesus!
I cannot bear my burdens alone;
I must tell Jesus! I must tell Jesus!
Jesus can help me, Jesus alone.

2
I must tell Jesus all of my troubles,
He is a kind, compassionate Friend;
If I but ask Him He will deliver,
Make of my troubles quickly an end.

3
Oh, how the world to evil allures me!
Oh, how my heart is tempted to sin!
I must tell Jesus, and He will help me
Over the world the vict'ry to win.

For what is life ?
James 4:14
[14]Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
walakini hamjui yatakayokuwako kesho. Uzima wenu ni nini? Maana ninyi ni mvuke uonekanao kwa kitambo, kisha hutoweka.
