What’s even more interesting is that this piece began as a pattern design for textiles and interior solutions.
The pattern itself inspired me to transform it into a painting — simply because I felt the need to complete the series with an additional layer, a stronger presence, and added artistic value.
I love when a design evolves beyond its original purpose and finds a new life on canvas.
