Who is Essa Mbye Fall?

Essa Mbye Faal is a prominent Gambian lawyer and politician known for his significant contributions to both national and international legal arenas. He gained national prominence as the lead counsel for The Gambia’s Truth, Reconciliation, and Reparations Commission (TRRC), where he played a pivotal role in investigating human rights abuses committed during the regime of former President Yahya Jammeh.
