On March 10th The Constitutional Court of Bulgaria declares itself powerless.
The law in Bulgaria has officially been destroyed.

"The proportional electoral system in force in our country does not allow the court, when, during the verification of the election results, it establishes violations of the law that could lead to a change in the composition of the newly elected National Assembly, to determine for itself which members of parliament these violations lead to the illegality of the election.

The Constitutional Court can do this only and only after the calculations made by the Central Election Commission. Therefore, on February 26, the Constitutional Court assigned the CEC to carry out the necessary recalculations with a view to the court establishing this and so that, with the information presented to the court, it can issue a decision.

In the past few days, the CEC has asked various questions three times, to which the court responded immediately. However, today, March 10, after 6 p.m., the Constitutional Court was notified that the CEC continues to fail to fulfill its assigned task because "Information Services" has handed over to the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office the materials provided to it on the constitutional case, together with the technical media and devices, without the permission of the Constitutional Court. In this way, the activity of the Constitutional Court to conclude the case challenging the legality of the elections is hindered.

I consider it necessary to explicitly emphasize that the only competent body under the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria that can assess the legality of the elections for members of parliament is the Constitutional Court. All state bodies are obliged to provide it with full cooperation, and not to hinder its activity. It is inadmissible for the activity of the Constitutional Court to be made dependent on the actions or inactions of other state bodies."

This is a brief explanation regarding what happens if you decide to crowdfund a private equity based startup company in Bulgaria.
You receive attacks from the media, from the government, from all of the institutions. Investors are called in to be interrogated and harassed.

The founder and CEO - Ivelin Mihaylov has been harassed and mocked by all of the institutions for being at the forefront and one of the most active entrepreneurs in our country.
He has created jobs, revived a whole municipality, educated thousands of people, published books for financial and personal literacy, built the largest historical theme park. And what he received from the online community is nothing but mockery, threats from the underground criminals, as well as death threats towards his family.

This has spawned heavy interest in the international investors and international media to investigate the criminal practises in our member state of the European Union.
The media outlets use any easy trick to wash their hands after spitting on Ivelin's work - simply by naming him a Russian agent. The call him Pro-Russian and everything that he does to be dictated by Russia. It is the perfect excuse to receive attacks from the Western media as well ( fortunately, not happened).
