The news! A couple of months before the physical releases hit the stores via Black Lion Records !!!
Forged in Sofia’s underground at the end of 2023, Nodtveidt channels the cold,
aggressive spirit of melodic black metal, deeply inspired by the legacy of Jon Nödtveidt and Dissection.
Their debut album, From Shadow to Dark Light (2024), quickly gained attention throughout the underground scene.
A year later, they released their second album,
The Birth of the Dark Light, which, like its predecessor, features distinct vocal
performances on each track — adding unique textures to the album’s dark
atmosphere.

The album features guest vocal appearances from members of
some of Bulgaria’s leading underground acts: Dimholt, Unbaptized, Ovader, Bolg,
The Revenge Project, Historian, Maltworm, Klada, Inspell, and S.E.E.
The Birth of the Dark Light (2025) – Once again recorded, mixed, and mastered by
Nikolay Velev in May 2025. This time, the album expands its reach with international
guest vocalists from: Decipher (GR), Fransis Forth, Vorga (DE), Mrakobes (SWE),
Deadscape, Occultum, Embraced by Dark, Historian, Satarn, and Shadowmass
(GR)

form in the fall!
