We were living in a 2 bedroom flat in Leeds, & both working 9-5 jobs to get by. We knew that, although we had secure jobs & a small amount of savings, we would always be stuck in the 9-5 grind & continuously struggle to get on the property ladder & could very easily be trapped paying rent which was dead money for the foreseeable future. We knew that Bulgaria would offer us freedoms that we would n
ever of had in the UK. Having the ability to raise a family in the rural country side & ultimately design & renovate a small house into our dream home, & do it all on a budget. We have now, understandably temporarily moved back to the UK to raise Archie to a sensible age before returning to BG. Whilst deciding whether or not to stay in Bulgaria for the birth, we experienced isolation and discrimination from certain areas of the healthcare system as foreigners. Ultimately, to ensure safety and comfortably for Anisha going forward. At present time we are renting a home in the UK and have established work opportunities to pay the bills. This will allow us to increase savings and investments whilst being here in preparation to returning back to the UK. So we will continue to keep our friends, family and followers our journey.
