2. How can the former colonizers of the Caribbean be sensitized to the repair or reparatory of the colonized, when they embody a different moral compass-a different set of values and principles?

Across the Caribbean there is a shared suffering of victims that affirms their status as full rights holders and citizens who have been wronged, yet their former colonizers are co-conspirators in present day genocide, why would the UK/EU bestow restitution for a past wrong, carried out in a comparable present atrocities?

Recognizing the plan of action framed within the priorities of the Repair Campaign, in the context of the Caribbean, and the detailed program of reparations for Black Americans, what role will the Sahel states and Pan Africanism play in the Repair Campaigns Coalition of Voices across the African diaspora?
