Tommy was an amazing man & we had the privilege of purchasing the property from him. A lot of work has gone into the renovation. BURT’S & the attached side parking lot are for sale. Keep all this in mind as we go to court with the City regarding fair market value for our property they want to take under eminent domaine. Fair market value seems to be based on who owns the property. We will see how the courts feel about that.
