Forma de pudim tamanho médio
Papel alumínio para cobrir a forma.

Modo de Preparo

1
º Em uma forma média de pudim, coloque o açúcar e deixe esquentar no fogo baixo por 5 minutos, em seguida adicione a água e mexa até ficar moreninho. Deixe esfriar

º Bata todos os ingredientes por 5 minutos e despeje na forma do pudim e cubra com o papel alumínio

º Coloque em Banho Maria no forno pré aquecido com temperatura de 180º c por 30 min.

º Verificar se está no ponto, espetando com um garfo e se não grudar está bom.

º Tirar o papel alumínio e deixar por mais 15 minutos ou até ficar moreninho.

º Esperar esfriar por 2 horas e 1/2 hr na geladeira ou freezer por 15 min.

º Desenformar e saborear.
