- 2 ½ cups (300g) powdered sugar
- ½ cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions**
1. Prepare the Cake:**
1. Preheat the oven to **350°F (175°C)**. Grease and flour two 9-inch (23cm) cake pans.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
4. Slowly stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth. It will be thin, but that’s normal!
5. Divide the batter evenly between the two pans.
