Omelettes! Yum!
1. Mediterranean Omelette: Fill your omelette with diced tomatoes, feta cheese, spinach, and olives. Top with a sprinkle of oregano and serve with a side of tzatziki sauce.
2. Tex-Mex Omelette: Add in diced bell peppers, onions, and cooked ground beef or chicken. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of salsa. Serve with avocado slices and sour cream.
3. Caprese Omelette: Fill your omelette with diced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and chopped basil. Top with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and serve with a side of toasted ciabatta bread.
4. Asian-inspired Omelette: Mix diced chicken, broccoli, and shredded carrots into your omelette. Top with a drizzle of soy sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
