Luciana Eguti and Paulo Muppet founded Birdo with 2 computers and a fax machine back in 2005. They now share the roles of producers and directors over a team of multitalented artists that include writers, designers, and animators. Their films as directors have been awarded in festivals and selected for prestigious publications such as Stash, Pictoplasma, Vimeo Staff Picks and Youtube's global home

page. As Birdo's animation directors, Luciana and Paulo worked on more than 80 projects, including 6 feature films, 17 short films and music videos, dozens of commercials for clients such as FIAT, Google and Unilever and many other diverse projects from social games to theater plays. More recently Luciana and Paulo created together with their team the Olympic and Paralympic Mascots for Rio 2016, Vinicius and Tom. Currently Paulo and Luciana are producers and directors on the series "Vinicius and Tom - Fun by Nature" for Cartoon Network and "Skelanimals" and "So So Happy" for EOne Entertainment. They are also producers on the series "Oswaldo", Birdo's original content scheduled to premiere on Cartoon Network in 2016.
